Shaker Mix Recipe
Ingredients:
1 cup bread crumbs, fine, dry
3 tablespoons parmesan cheese, dry or grated
1 tablespoon parsley, dry
1 teaspoon oregano, dry
½ teaspoon garlic powder
½ teaspoon paprika
½ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon pepper
Directions:
- In a large bowl, mix all ingredients.
- Put into tightly covered container and store in the fridge for 5 days.
Tips:
- Use for coating chicken pieces, potatoes or pork chops
- Use as a topping on vegetables and casseroles
- Instead of using bread crumbs in the recipe you can use toasted bread, oatmeal, cornmeal or cracker crumbs
