Salmon Loaf

Ingredients:

1/4 cup skim milk (or combine 4 teaspoons skim milk powder and enough water to make 1/4 cup milk)
2 cans (184 grams) salmon, drained
1 stalk celery, minced
1/2 small onion, minced
1 teaspoon vinegar
1 egg, beaten
2 slices bread, cut into small cubes
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350F.
  2. In a medium bowl, add: milk, salmon, celery, onion, vinegar, egg, bread, salt and pepper. Mix well.
  3. Place ingredients into a greased loaf pan.
  4. Place in oven for 35 minutes.
  5. Cool.

Serves 4
