1/2 cup WOWbutter
1/3 cup honey
1 cup quick oats
1/2 cup ground flaxseed
1/2 cup dates, chopped
1 tsp vanilla extract
- Add all the ingredients into a bowl, and mix well until all combined.
- Roll dough into 10 balls – about the size of a golf ball.
- Place in the refrigerator or freezer – best served cold.
2 bites provide 7g of fibre, which is about 30% of the recommended daily intake for women.
