Muffin in a Mug

Ingredients:

1/2 cup quick cooking oats
1 tablespoon ground flax seed
1 banana, mashed
½ teaspoon cinnamon
½ teaspoon vanilla
1 egg
2 tablespoons raisins or chocolate chips

Directions:

  1. In a mug, combine all the ingredients and stir well until combined.
  2. Microwave for 3 minutes and enjoy!
