Easy Cheesy Egg Bake

Ingredients:
4 slices bread
6 eggs
1 1⁄2 cups milk
1⁄2 cup cheddar cheese
Vegetables, chopped (try: tomatoes, onions, green peppers, red peppers, mushrooms, etc.)
Directions:
- Preheat the oven to 400F.
- Grease the bottom of a 9×9 pan with margarine or cooking spray. Add bread to the bottom of the pan.
- In a bowl, add: eggs, milk, cheddar cheese, beat all ingredients together and pour over bread.
- Choose your favourite vegetables and chop into small pieces. Place in the casserole before it bakes or serve on top when the casserole is out of the oven.
- Place casserole in oven and cook for 20-30 minutes (or until the eggs are no longer runny).
Serves: 4
