Support for Our Programming Thank you for your interest in our resources! All proceeds from the sale of our books and posters directly support our mission and programming.

1. Payment Options

We offer two ways to complete your order:

Online: Use our secure shopping cart system to pay via Credit Card or PayPal. (You do not need a PayPal account to pay by credit card; simply follow the prompts at checkout).

By Mail: Click here to download our printable order form if you prefer to pay by cheque.

2. Shipping & Delivery

We are pleased to offer simple shipping options for our supporters:

Shipping in Canada: We provide Free Shipping on all orders across Canada.

Local Pickup (Winnipeg): If you are in the Winnipeg area and prefer to pick up your order, please select “Local Pickup” during checkout.

International Orders: For shipping outside of Canada, please contact us directly (details below) to arrange for a shipping quote and delivery.

Handling Time: Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2–3 business days.

3. Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your resources.

Return Window: Items may be returned in their original condition within 30 days of receipt. Once we process your refund, it typically takes 3–5 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or credit card provider.

Exchanges: If you would prefer to exchange your item for a different resource of equal value, please contact us. The customer is responsible for shipping the original item back, but we will send the replacement free of charge within Canada.

Damaged Items: If your book or poster arrives damaged, please contact us for a replacement or a full refund.

How to Start a Return: Please email or call us before mailing your item back so we can provide instructions.
