Board Oversight & Accountability
The Board of Directors is responsible for the oversight, strategic direction, and accountability of the Healthy Start Program. Please note that the Board is not responsible for day-to-day operations or the general management of the program.

The Board contact methods below are for serious ethical or strategic matters and are monitored monthly.
If you have a serious concern that you believe requires the direct attention of the Board of Directors, please contact them directly via the email or mailing address provided below.
Examples of concerns for Board attention include, but are not limited to:
- Financial concerns: i.e., the specific misuse of funds or fraud
- Strategic & Legal concerns: e.g., major strategic decisions, legal issues, or ethical breaches
- Policy violations: e.g., harassment, conflicts of interest, or breaches of organizational policy
- Leadership concerns: Specifically regarding the Executive Director
Confidentiality & Review Process
Your identity will be kept confidential to the fullest extent possible. While anonymous submissions are accepted, we encourage you to provide contact information so we may follow up if necessary. The Board is committed to a fair and thorough review of all legitimate concerns.

Submission Guidelines
When submitting a concern, please include as much detail as possible to assist in the review:
- A clear description of the concern
- Relevant dates, times, and locations
- Names of individuals involved (if applicable and known)
- Any supporting documentation or evidence
- A summary of any previous attempts to resolve the issue through other channels
